Sono Belle Jeju Hotel, Jeju

I had a satisfactory stay at this resort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, plus the restaurant offered an exceptional black pig barbecue. However, be prepared for high rates if you're not a member, and parking can be a challenge if you have a rental car. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but the pricing could be a downside.

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the spacious family room and kitchen area stood out, the service was disappointing and the lack of basic amenities such as towels and Wi-Fi made the stay challenging. The poorly communicated sleeping arrangements and unhelpful staff further added to the frustration. While there are some enjoyable activities nearby, it didn’t feel worth the money, especially considering the high costs for non-members.
